Half marathon training: 6.2 miles

6.2 miles.
I know that doesn't sound like a lot, but when the only thing that's keeping me from doing more is my knee, I think that's pretty good! I could have kept going nooooo problem (stupid knee).
I'm halfway there and feeling awesome!


He waved today :) recovery? Maybe?
